  • Project Co-Ordinator and Analyst

    Job Location

    Office-based at AgilityEco offices in Sutton, Surrey.

    Remuneration

    • £20,000-£25,000 (depending on experience) annual discretionary profit sharing scheme

    Hours

    • 37.5 hours per week, (9am - 5.30pm)
    • 12 month contract
    • 23 days annual leave

    Purpose statement

    AgilityEco is a market leading provider of low carbon energy services to householders, businesses and public sector clients, based in Sutton, Surrey. An important aspect of our business is managing large scale energy efficiency, fuel poverty and innovation projects across Great Britain on behalf of our partners, which include the major energy suppliers, social landlords and Local Authorities.
    As a result of securing several new high profile projects, the role of Project Co-Ordinator and Analyst has arisen. It will involve a varied and challenging workload, within a constantly evolving business environment that will enable you to be part of a successful team and further evolve the role.

    Responsibilities

    • Project Management: Planning, tracking progress against deliverables and reporting to project sponsors and partners
    • Project Administration: Managing suppliers, field staff, landlords and residents, tracking complaints. Giving direction & support to the project team
    • Commercial Decision Making: Identify and capitalise on commercial opportunities from existing and new ventures
    • Data Monitoring and Analysis: Developing and delivering analytical techniques to gain value adding, practical insights from energy and environmental monitoring data
    • Managing project compliance: Archiving, recording and retrieving necessary project files to support the funding and project compliance processes. As the projects draw to a close, undertaking project evaluations and results assessment
    • Other: Any other reasonable duties commensurate with the post, which may be allocated from time to time
    • Health & Safety: All employees are responsible for their own health and safety and must adhere to the company’s HSE guidelines.

    Dimensions of Role:

    The job holder will report directly to the Head of Projects or another appropriate Director. The job holder will not have direct reports

    Working Relationships

    The role will involve a close working relationship with the AgilityEco team, our sister company, Bierce and other external project partners

    • Strong analytical skills including advanced use of spreadsheets
    • Experience in data analysis

  • Administration Assistant

    Job Location

    • £17,000 per annum salary pro rata and annual profit sharing scheme (to be defined).

    Purpose statement

    AgilityEco is a market leading provider of low carbon energy services to householders, businesses and public sector clients, based in Sutton, Surrey. This is a challenging and highly dynamic role. The successful applicant will have responsibility for a wide range of administration and analytical duties to support the ongoing operations of the company. You will be required to assist with the implementation of critical business processes. It is therefore essential you are impeccably organised, possess excellent analytical skills, have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure.  In return, you will be part of a successful team where you will have the opportunity to evolve in the role.

    Accountabilities


    Team Assistance: Supporting the AgilityEco team and facilitating everyday activities (meeting organisation, document preparation etc.)


    Company Administration: Supporting senior management in ensuring that business operations run smoothly at all times, in office administration and administration of company affairs. Includes handling post, liaison with IT support, facilities and stationery suppliers etc. as necessary


    Project Support: Assisting colleagues in on-going needs such as data entry and handling paperwork


    Managing Documents and Records: Archiving, recording and retrieving company files, both physical and electronic 


    Other: Any other reasonable duties commensurate with the post, which may be allocated from time to time

    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
     

    Knowledge and qualifications
    • Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C or above – must include English (or equivalent)
    • Computer literacy
    Desirable skills and experience
    • Previous experience in administration or office environment 
    • Experienced user of MS Office
    • Knowledge of the energy efficiency market , preferably with prior knowledge of the Energy Companies Obligation (ECO)
