  • Project Manager

    AgilityEco is a dynamic and fast-growing business that has established a leading position in the origination and delivery of energy efficiency and fuel poverty programmes. Our clients include many of the major energy supply companies, network operators, Local Authorities, and industry supply chain partners. An important aspect of our business is managing large scale energy efficiency and fuel poverty projects, such as:

    • ECHO (Emergency Central Heating Offer): ECHO provides immediate help to vulnerable residents whose boilers have broken down. Last winter ECHO repaired or replaced almost 400 boilers.
    • WHF (Warm Homes Fund): AgilityEco is managing four WHF projects providing first-time central heating and gas connections to around 2,000 households over the next three years.
    • LEAP (Local Energy Advice Partnership): A Warm Homes Discount Industry Initiative project providing holistic advice and support for households across Great Britain. Last year LEAP delivered over 7,000 home visits to fuel poor and vulnerable households providing help to save money and stay warm.

    We are looking for a new Project Manager to help manage our growing portfolio of retrofit projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for looking after the finances for each project, partner management and data analysis. This role sits within AgilityEco’s Programmes team and will report directly to the Operations Director.

    Customer Services Administrator Job Description

  • Delivery & Reporting Manager

    AgilityEco is a fast growing business that has established a leading position in the financing and delivery of energy efficiency programmes and energy sector consultancy services. Our clients include many of the major energy supply companies, Local Authorities, Housing Associations and industry supply chain partners such as installers of renewable energy technologies.

    An important aspect of our business is managing our Energy Company Obligation (ECO) delivery in partnership with an extensive number of partners. ECO is a highly complex and regulated activity requiring a high level of technical and commercial skills. 

    In order to manage our ECO activity, the role of a Delivery and Reporting Manager has arisen. It will involve a varied and challenging workload, within a constantly evolving business environment. You will join an existing successful, high performing team and gain invaluable insight about the low carbon and energy sectors.

    The role would suit an individual with previous experience within the energy or construction sector. You will need to demonstrate relevant commercial, contract and partner management skills, together with experience of working on technically complex projects and operations.

    Delivery & Reporting Manager Job Description

  • Bookings Administrator

    AgilityEco is a fast-growing business that has established a leading position in the financing and delivery of energy efficiency programmes and energy sector consultancy services. Our clients include many of the major energy companies, network operators, local authorities, housing associations, and industry supply chain partners. 

    We are looking for a Bookings Administrator to join our team and report directly to the Contact Centre Team Leader.  Working as part of a small Contact Centre, the Bookings Team Administrator handles enquiries for a series of community programmes and initiatives to end fuel poverty, with the aim of helping people to keep warm in colder months and reduce their energy bills. This is a free service for residents and the Contact Centre Bookings Team undertake the processing of applications and assessment of eligibility from the public, and partner organisations, as well as securing appointments for specialist advisors. The nature of our programmes means that we are regularly dealing with vulnerable members of society, and our team need to have the confidence, empathy, and patience to talk effectively to vulnerable residents. The role includes handling internal and external call volumes, as well as completing general administrative tasks to ensure the successful delivery of a high level of customer service in line with the company’s targets, vision, service level agreements and client expectations.

    This role is based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.

    Bookings Administrator Job Description

  • Community Projects Technical Administrator

    AgilityEco is a fast-growing business that has established a leading position in the financing and delivery of energy efficiency programmes and energy sector consultancy services. Our clients include many of the major energy companies, network operators, local authorities, housing associations, and industry supply chain partners.

    We are looking for a Technical Administrator to join our Community Projects Technical Team.

    You will be working as part of a small team to undertake the processing of applications from the public and business partners as a part of a series of community projects and initiatives to end fuel poverty. This includes handling internal and external calls and completing administrative project tasks with a key focus on successfully delivering a high level of service to both members of the public and our industry clients. The nature of our programmes means that we are regularly dealing with vulnerable members of society, and our team needs to have the confidence, empathy, and patience to talk effectively to vulnerable residents, as well as being able to communicate effectively with our technical suppliers, and partners including councils and housing associations.
