Our latest Impact Report: Addressing the challenges of fuel poverty and decarbonisation
7 February 2025
We’re delighted to share our latest Impact Report, highlighting our progress from April 2023 to March 2024 in tackling fuel poverty and improving household energy efficiency across Britain. The year was an exciting new chapter for AgilityEco as we joined the M Group Services family. Their support enables us to enhance our efforts to help more vulnerable households transition to cleaner, greener homes.
Creating warmer, healthier homes
More than 50,000 vulnerable households across Britain are now benefiting from warmer and more energy-efficient homes, resulting in lifetime savings of £106,369,567 on energy bills, a 49% increase from last year.
Over the past year, our flagship Local Energy Advice Partnership (LEAP) service has significantly expanded its outreach, now providing in-home services to 70% of the UK population.
The positive impact of our work extends beyond energy savings, contributing over £15 million in value for health and care outcomes due to measures installed, and supporting 929 jobs in local communities and social enterprises.
A collective achievement
We want to express our gratitude to our energy supplier partners and other funders, who have supported our various programmes this year, enabling us to grow and expand our reach.
Essential to our impact is our trusted delivery network and our delivery partners. Their support and collaboration have facilitated the installation of 176,363 energy-saving measures, which have collectively reduced over 172,000 tonnes of lifetime CO2 emissions.
We are also incredibly thankful for the continued efforts and dedication of our Home Energy Advisors. The LEAP energy advisors completed 17,539 home visits and conducted 28,482 telephone advice sessions, providing tailored energy-saving guidance.
