  • Customer Services Administrator (Bierce)

    Bierce Surveying Ltd is a market leading company offering a wide and diverse range of surveying activities and fuel poverty outreach programmes.

    This is a challenging and highly dynamic role. The successful applicant will report directly to the Head of Quality Assurance. At Bierce Surveying we offer our team members the opportunity to work on interesting and challenging projects. We place the utmost importance on the skills and expertise of our team and actively encourage practical training in-house as well as external training to help you develop in your role. This Customer Services Administrator role offers a great opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who wants to work in an exciting and dynamic environment in a growing, successful business. 

    Role description:

    • Making and receiving telephone calls to assist with client & staff queries ensuring that our SLAs are adhered to
    • Ensuring the safe handling of customer sensitive personal data at all times
    • Working with industry partners to help deliver our full range of services
    • Confidently handle customer feedback and complaints over the telephone
    • Ensure accurate data entry into our bespoke CRM
    • Accurately updating client reporting platforms with the results of booked appointments
    • Uploading data to our internal reporting system for field staff to use
    • Completing mail merges and issuing letters to consumers
    • Office hours Monday to Friday 8:45 to 17:30
    • Employment will be conditional until receipt of DBS check due to the nature of the role.

  • Home Energy Advisor (Fixed Term Contract)

    Do you have current expertise in energy efficiency solutions? Are you passionate about helping to take people from fuel poverty in the UK?

    If you’re a qualified energy advisor, empathetic and a great listener, proven to be adept at providing solutions to vulnerable members of society, and keen to join a fast- growing business that has established a leading position in energy efficiency programmes and consultancy services, you are the person we are looking for.

    Our aim is to help people to keep warm in colder months and reduce their energy bills. The nature of our programmes means that we are regularly dealing with vulnerable members of society and our team need to have the confidence, empathy, and understanding to talk effectively to these residents, and identify risks or home improvement needs. You will need to be passionate about helping people and suggesting solutions.

    You will be required to have experience or background in energy efficiency, with recognised qualifications such as DEA or other energy efficiency qualifications, and current expertise in traditional and renewable energy solutions. You will be able to demonstrate an ability to work flexibly, with minimum supervision, using your initiative and judgement to support residents with current challenges in managing their energy bills, and identifying and signposting to additional support services.

  • Contact Centre – Customer Care & Inside Sales Agent (Aylesbury)

    AgilityEco is a fast-growing business that has established a leading position in the financing and delivery of energy efficiency programmes and energy sector consultancy services. Our clients include many of the major energy companies, network operators, local authorities, housing associations, and industry supply chain partners. We are currently looking for a Customer Care agent for our Contact Centre.

    You'll be working as part of a small team to manage customer service delivery across a series of community programmes and initiatives to end fuel poverty. The Customer Care agent will manage queries to ensure a smooth customer journey across our organisation once eligibility has been completed, and applications have been forwarded for installation or delivery by our internal project teams. In addition, you will provide information on our range of programmes to assist members of the public, with a triage of calls resulting in signposting to relevant programmes and colleagues across the business. You will not be required to generate leads, but will manage enquiries from our referral organisations, and internal promotions, to optimise the services we are able to provide to residents to reduce fuel poverty and improve energy efficiency.
