  • Contracts Manager (Sutton or Aylesbury)

    AgilityEco is a fast growing business that has established a leading position in the financing and delivery of energy efficiency programmes and energy sector consultancy services.   Much of what we do is aimed at alleviating fuel poverty and helping those who find themselves needing support in heating their homes efficiently.  Our sister company, Bierce Surveying, based in Aylesbury, provides a diverse range of surveying and quality assurance activities.

    In order to support the business leads in managing customer and supplier contracts the need for a Contracts Manager has arisen.  The role will entail supporting the Management team for each business line in drafting, reviewing, negotiating and executing a broad range of customer and supplier agreements.

    The Contracts Manager will need a strong understanding of commercial and contractual terms and experience modififying contracts including detailed service schedules and performance KPIs across services contracts and grant funding agreements.

    The role holder should be confident in putting forward improvements in contract terms to support driving commercial value and to be able to drive contracting consistency and best practice across the Group.

  • Contact Centre & Office Administrator

    AgilityEco is a fast-growing business that has established a leading position in the financing and delivery of energy efficiency programmes and energy sector consultancy services.  Our clients include many of the major energy companies, network operators, local authorities, housing associations, and industry supply chain partners.  

    Working as part of a small Contact Centre, the Administrator supports the handling of enquiries, and communications, for a series of community programmes and initiatives to end fuel poverty, with the aim of helping people to keep warm in colder months and reduce their energy bills.

    The Administrator's role includes coordination of office activities, handling internal and external call volumes and correspondence, and maintaining and implementing efficient office systems to ensure the successful delivery of a high level of customer service in line with the company’s targets, vision, service level agreements and client expectations.

    The Administrator will have a key role within the Contact Centre for projects including ECHO, in addition to overall support for other programmes. This is a free service for residents and the Contact Centre Bookings Team undertake the processing of applications and assessment of eligibility from the public, and partner organisations, as well as securing appointments for specialist advisors. The nature of our programmes means that we are regularly dealing with vulnerable members of society, and our team need to have the confidence, empathy, and patience to talk effectively to vulnerable residents.

    As you will have responsibility for a wide range of administration duties to support the on-going operations of the company, it is essential you are impeccably organised, possess excellent communication skills, have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure.  In return you will be part of a successful team where you will have the opportunity to evolve in the role.

    AgilityEco is a market leading provider of low carbon energy services to householders, businesses, and public sector clients.

    We are looking for a Bookings Administrator to join our team and report directly to the Contact Centre Team Leader.  Working as part of a small Contact Centre, the Bookings Team Coordinator handles enquiries for a series of community programmes and initiatives to end fuel poverty, with the aim of helping people to keep warm in colder months and reduce their energy bills. This is a free service for residents and the Contact Centre Bookings Team undertake the processing of applications and assessment of eligibility from the public, and partner organisations, as well as securing appointments for specialist advisors.   • Home Energy Advisor (Fixed Term Contract)

    Do you have current expertise in energy efficiency solutions? Are you passionate about helping to take people from fuel poverty in the UK?

    If you’re a qualified energy advisor, empathetic and a great listener, proven to be adept at providing solutions to vulnerable members of society, and keen to join a fast- growing business that has established a leading position in energy efficiency programmes and consultancy services, you are the person we are looking for.

    Our aim is to help people to keep warm in colder months and reduce their energy bills. The nature of our programmes means that we are regularly dealing with vulnerable members of society and our team need to have the confidence, empathy, and understanding to talk effectively to these residents, and identify risks or home improvement needs. You will need to be passionate about helping people and suggesting solutions.

    You will be required to have experience or background in energy efficiency, with recognised qualifications such as DEA or other energy efficiency qualifications, and current expertise in traditional and renewable energy solutions. You will be able to demonstrate an ability to work flexibly, with minimum supervision, using your initiative and judgement to support residents with current challenges in managing their energy bills, and identifying and signposting to additional support services.

  • Contact Centre – Customer Care & Inside Sales Agent

    AgilityEco is a fast-growing business that has established a leading position in the financing and delivery of energy efficiency programmes and energy sector consultancy services. Our clients include many of the major energy companies, network operators, local authorities, housing associations, and industry supply chain partners. We are currently looking for a Customer Care agent for our Contact Centre.

    You'll be working as part of a small team to manage customer service delivery across a series of community programmes and initiatives to end fuel poverty. The Customer Care agent will manage queries to ensure a smooth customer journey across our organisation once eligibility has been completed, and applications have been forwarded for installation or delivery by our internal project teams. In addition, you will provide information on our range of programmes to assist members of the public, with a triage of calls resulting in signposting to relevant programmes and colleagues across the business. You will not be required to generate leads, but will manage enquiries from our referral organisations, and internal promotions, to optimise the services we are able to provide to residents to reduce fuel poverty and improve energy efficiency.
