  • Sales Ledger Assistant

    AgilityEco is a dynamic and fast-growing business that has established a leading position in the origination and delivery of energy efficiency and fuel poverty programmes supported by grant funding.  We provide eligible customers, free of charge, with a combination of advice and support, and the offer of installation of a range of insulation and heating measures in homes with a low energy efficiency rating.  Our partners include many of the major energy supply companies, network operators, local authorities and charities.  We work with a network of highly skilled installation partners to upgrade customers’ homes.

    Due to the continued growth of the business, we are looking for a Sales Ledger Assistant to strengthen our team. Key responsibilities will include the oversight of the sales invoicing and credit control process across all areas of the business.

    Key requirements for the role include experience of the credit control process, as well as strong eye for detail and good communication skills.

  • Management Accountant

    Due to the continued growth of the business, we are looking for a Management Accountant to strengthen our team. Key responsibilities will include managing the month end process for our Projects and Community Schemes business lines, variance analysis of results, assisting with the delivery of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts and maintaining balance sheet reconciliations. As the business scales the finance team has a key role in supporting this, and we are putting together plans for an improved finance system and greater automation – so it’s an exciting time to join and the role gives the opportunity to play a part in some of these vital projects.

    Key requirements for the role include experience working as a management accountant, active studying towards CIMA / ACCA qualification, strong excel skills and the desire to work in an innovative and entrepreneurial business.

  • Head of ECO Delivery

    AgilityEco is a fast growing business that has established a leading position in the financing and delivery of energy efficiency programmes and energy sector consultancy services. Our clients include many of the major energy supply companies, Local Authorities, Housing Associations and industry supply chain partners such as installers of renewable energy technologies.

    An important aspect of our business is managing our Energy Company Obligation (ECO) delivery in partnership with an extensive number of partners. ECO is a highly complex and regulated activity requiring a high level of technical and commercial skills. 

    In order to manage our ECO activity, the role of Head of ECO has arisen, holding  primary responsibility for all operational management for this department. It will involve a varied and challenging workload, within a constantly evolving business environment. You will join an existing successful, high performing team and gain invaluable insight about the low carbon and energy sectors. This role will equip you with the skills required to explore other commercial and/or operational roles within the business, including senior leadership roles.  

    The role would suit an individual with previous ECO delivery management experience. You will need to demonstrate relevant operational and partner management skills. The ideal candidate is expected to lead our ECO strategy,  operational requirements, track delivery, work with business development managers and have direct responsibility for an established Compliance and MI team.

  • Contract Manager

    AgilityEco is a fast-growing business that has established a leading position in the financing and delivery of energy efficiency and retrofit programmes. Our clients include many of the major energy supply companies, local authorities, housing associations and industry partners such as installers of low carbon heating, insulation and renewable energy technologies.


    An important aspect of our business is managing large scale energy efficiency projects, such as:

     

    • Energy Company Obligation (ECO): national delivery of retrofit energy efficiency measures in partnership with an extensive number of obligated energy suppliers, installers and other agencies.
    • WHF (Warm Homes Fund): AgilityEco is managing three WHF projects providing first-time central heating systems to around 2,000 households over the next two years.
    • LAD (Local Authority Delivery) and HUG (Home Upgrade Grant): Working with around 20 Local authorities AgilityEco is supporting households with the installation of a range of retrofit energy efficiency, low carbon heating and renewable energy generation measures.

    In order to further develop our supply chain for the delivery of these programmes, the role of a Contracts Manager has arisen. It will involve a varied and challenging workload, supporting the Senior Business Development Manager to manage supply chain accounts and business development efforts. You will join a successful, high performing team and gain invaluable insight about the low carbon and energy efficiency sectors.


    The role would suit an individual with previous account, delivery management pr business development experience within the energy or construction sectors. You will need to demonstrate relevant contract and partner management skills. The ideal candidate is expected to assist with business development opportunites, and also work as part of a team on wider opportunities across the whole company.

  • Contact Centre – Customer Care & Inside Sales Agent (Aylesbury)

    AgilityEco is a fast-growing business that has established a leading position in the financing and delivery of energy efficiency programmes and energy sector consultancy services. Our clients include many of the major energy companies, network operators, local authorities, housing associations, and industry supply chain partners. We are currently looking for a Customer Care agent for our Contact Centre.

    You'll be working as part of a small team to manage customer service delivery across a series of community programmes and initiatives to end fuel poverty. The Customer Care agent will manage queries to ensure a smooth customer journey across our organisation once eligibility has been completed, and applications have been forwarded for installation or delivery by our internal project teams. In addition, you will provide information on our range of programmes to assist members of the public, with a triage of calls resulting in signposting to relevant programmes and colleagues across the business. You will not be required to generate leads, but will manage enquiries from our referral organisations, and internal promotions, to optimise the services we are able to provide to residents to reduce fuel poverty and improve energy efficiency.
