Maximising energy efficiency funding for Oxford City Council. AgilityEco was initially selected by OCC to launch a rapid energy efficiency programme with the aim of improving its existing housing stock with a variety of energy saving measures, reducing fuel poverty and providing warmer homes.

In 2013 DECC launched the Green Deal Communities Programme, and invited local authorities to bid for a share of an £88m capital fund.
