AgilityEco secures nearly £1.1m of green deal funding for clients

To date, AgilityEco  has successfully secured close to £1.1 million of Green Deal funding, including  Green Deal Home Improvement Fund (GDHIF) vouchers, for a number of high-profile social landlords, housing associations and local authorities. This money has been primarily used to fund solid wall insulation, which in turn has helped our clients to reduce their energy bills.

We are ready to help you do the same.

The next tranche of GDHIF funding is due to be released this month. Let us secure funding for your housing stock and cover the cost of expensive energy efficiency measures.  At least  £70 million   is about to be made available to landlords and homeowners to install a range of energy saving improvements including cavity and solid wall insulation.

GDHIF is a government  incentive, first launched in June 2014, providing householders, landlords and tenants with money-back vouchers to help cover the cost of more expensive energy efficiency measures.  The previous round of GDHIF funding in December closed within 24 hours and provided up to £4,000 towards the cost of energy efficiency improvements per household.

Each application for GDHIF will need to be accompanied by a Green Deal Assessment Report or an Energy Performance Certificateand once the funding is announced, vouchers will be given out on a “first come, first served” basis. Our advice is to move quickly.
